{"id":2734,"date":"2019-05-21T12:10:27","date_gmt":"2019-05-21T12:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.max-sperling.bplaced.net\/?p=2734"},"modified":"2024-04-17T11:35:21","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T11:35:21","slug":"enges-spielkonzept-beachvolleyball","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.max-sperling.bplaced.net\/?p=2734","title":{"rendered":"Beach Volleyball &#8211; Playing tips"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>General<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For reception and setting: Always try to position yourself before execution.<br \/>\n      (Recognize \u2192 Position \u2192 Execute)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Serving<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vary serve technique (e.g., (jump) float serve, (jump) topspin serve, sky ball)<\/li>\n<li>Vary serve position (e.g., short vs. long, sideline vs. husband-wife zone)<\/li>\n<li>Serve to the person, that the opponent team makes less (side-out) points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Reception<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stand far back (about 2m from the baseline) to reduce overhand reception<\/li>\n<li>Light staggered stance with leg facing sideline forward and arms ready<\/li>\n<li>Ideally stand behind the ball and align shoulder axis parallel to the net<\/li>\n<li>The reception should be played quite close (about 1m) and centrally to the net<\/li>\n<li>The flight path should be high enough for the setter to have time to approach the ball<\/li>\n<li>The setter should move towards the setting position even before reception<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Setting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The attacker should initially move slowly towards the net after reception<\/li>\n<li>Set into the planned trajectory of the attacker, not too far outward<\/li>\n<li>Always align the front of the body towards the target of the set<\/li>\n<li>Set not too close to the net that the attacker can play around the block<\/li>\n<li>Set high enough for the teammate to attack properly<\/li>\n<li>Move directly into the defensive position (center of the court) after setting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Attacking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Before jumping (or even in mid-air), observe the opponents to perform the right attack<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t run too far (under the ball) to be able to hit the ball in front of you<\/li>\n<li>Let the striking arm follow through to reduce the strain on the tendons<\/li>\n<li>The setter should assist with attack recommendations (&#8220;Without&#8221;, &#8220;Line&#8221;, &#8220;Cross&#8221;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Blocking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Always indicate blocking variant before blocking (e.g., &#8220;None&#8221;, &#8220;Line&#8221;, &#8220;Cross&#8221;, &#8220;Spread&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>Always release towards the line once it&#8217;s clear the opponent can&#8217;t hit hard<\/li>\n<li>A block should be performed once it&#8217;s no longer possible to defend in the back court<\/li>\n<li>When releasing, move forward but keep eyes towards the net (body rotation towards the center)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Defending<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The blocker is only responsible for a small area (circle with approximately 2m radius)<\/li>\n<li>The defensive player should initially position itself in the center (makes call difficult)<\/li>\n<li>Only step towards the unblocked side when the attacker starts jumping<\/li>\n<li>To step in the right direction, always observe what the blocker indicates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General For reception and setting: Always try to position yourself before execution.
