Playing online<\/strong> (Against other players, Also works via the internet without VPN)<\/p>\n

1. Create a lobby<\/u> (Server)
\n‘Play’ –> ‘Matchmaking’ –> ‘Private Matchmaking’ –> ‘Create a private Matchmaking Pool’.<\/p>\n

2. Invite friends<\/u> (Server)<\/p>\n

2.1. Selective
\n2.1.1 Uncheck the ‘Open Party’ option within ‘Private Matchmaking’ tab.
\n2.1.2 Press ‘Shift’ + ‘Tab’, then right click friend and press ‘Invite to play’.<\/p>\n

2.1. Open (Alternative)
\n2.1.1 Check the ‘Open Party’ option within ‘Private Matchmaking’ tab.
\n2.1.2 Friends can join you by themselves now.<\/p>\n

Playing local<\/strong> (Against each other, Does just work with LAN or VPN)<\/p>\n

0. Pre<\/u> (Client and Server)
\n– Setup VPN client like Radmin VPN (at least if not in LAN).
\n– Enable the CS2 Console: ‘Settings’ –> ‘Enable console’.<\/p>\n

1. Setup<\/u> (Server)
\n1.1 Start a game: ‘Play’ –> ‘Practice’.<\/p>\n

1.2 Make it a LAN game (ONLY for LAN, not for VPN)
\n1.2.1 Open console (Default hotkey: ‘^’)
\n1.2.2 Enter commands:
\n– ‘sv_lan 1’ (Make it a LAN game)
\n– ‘status’ (Show LAN IP address)<\/p>\n

2. Connect<\/u> (Client)
\n1.1 Open console (Default hotkey: ‘^’)
\n1.2 Enter command:
